轨道状态粗调机的研制与应用

摘要

轨道状态粗调机是用于双块式无砟轨道工具轨法施工工艺粗调作业的设备.主要介绍了研制的粗调机的总体构造、系统构成和作业过程.现场应用表明,该粗调机调整精度高,性能可靠,取得了良好效果.%Rough alignment machine is the equipment used for coarse adjustment of rail in non-ballasted track double-block tool method. This paper describes the overall structure of the machine, its system formation and operation process. Field applications show that the machine has high precision of coarse adjustment and reli able performance, and has achieved good effects.
