高职英语课堂有效教学中学生的非智力因素培养策略

摘要

Teaching behavior is not the only factor for teaching effect. Study requirement from students and their participation are also important in terms of teaching effectiveness. This paper analyzes the significance of nonintellectual factors and explores the strategies for improvement of these abilities according to the practical situation of class teaching in higher vocational colleges.%教师的教学行为对教学效果的影响不再是唯一因素，同时也要看到学生的学习要求和参与对于教学效率的影响。结合高职院校英语课堂的实际教学状况，分析课堂有效教学中学生的非智力因素的重要性及其培养策略。
