The separation and refining technology of anthracene,phenanthrene and carbazole from crud anthracene is a hot topic in the coal fine chemical industry. In this paper,the separation process of the mixture of anthracene,phenanthrene and carbazole from anthracene oil fraction in coal tar was studied by using emulsion liquid membrane technique. First of all, the effect of benzene and toluene on the preliminary separation of phenanthrene from the mixture was investigated. Then, the effect factors including the composition of the external phase, surfactants, additives .concentrations of carriers,and separation time on the separation and purification of anthracene were discussed through emulsion liquid membrane. The results showed that, phenanthrene could be selectively dissolved by toluene from the mixture,and the purity of phenanthrene could reach 77.14% (under the conditions of furfural as inner phase,water (furfural/water= 1/5) as membrane phase,toluene and DMF (1/1) as outer phase,Span-80 mass fraction of 0. 3% as surfactants,NaCl mass fraction of 0. 5% and urea mass fraction of 2.0% as additives,temperature 95℃,and separation time 10 min.the purity of refined anthracene could reach 93.68%.%粗蒽中蒽、菲、咔唑的分离与精制技术是煤炭精细化工研究的热点,本文利用乳化液膜分离技术研究了煤焦油蒽油馏分中蒽、菲、咔唑混合物的分离工艺.首先考察了苯、甲苯对蒽、菲、咔唑混合物中菲的初步分离情况,然后探讨了不同外相组成、表面活性剂种类、助剂、载体浓度和分离时间等因素对乳化液膜法分离精制蒽的影响.实验结果表明:甲苯可选择性溶解蒽、菲、咔唑混合物中的菲,菲的纯度可达77.14%;在以糠醛为内相,水为膜相(糠醛/水=1/5),甲苯和DMF(1/1)为外相,质量分数0.3%的Span-80为表面活性剂,质量分数0.5%的NaCl和质量分数2.0%的尿素为助剂,分离温度为95℃,分离时间为10 min的条件下,精蒽的纯度可达93.68%.
