学习型组织理论视角下高职院校党组织学习能力调查

摘要

A measurement of the vocational college Party organization’s learning ability is formulated. SPSS17.0 and AMOS18 information analysis and processing software are applied to analyze a questionnaire survey conducted on 450 faculty Party members from 10 vocational colleges in Guangdong. The results show that the Party organization has relatively strong learning abilities in the following aspects:the ability to execute, to build the knowledge base, to choose, to reflect, to learn, to market, to invent, to discover, and to export knowledge. The main problems of Party organization’s learning ability are also analyzed and the specific measures are advised.%在文献综述的基础上，编制了高职院校学习型党组织学习能力测量量表，对广东省10所高职院校的450名教工党员进行问卷调查，运用软件SPSS17.0和AMOS18对样本信息进行分析处理，分析结果显示：高职院校党组织学习能力比较强，九个分能力的得分从高到低依次为执行能力、建立知识库能力、选择能力、反思能力、获取知识能力、推广能力、发明能力、发现能力和输出知识能力；文章还对高职院校党组织学习能力存在的主要问题及其原因进行了分析，并提出了具体的应对措施。
