基于神经网络PID控制的抛料垛板系统

     

摘要

Throwing and stacking is the last step of medium plate shearing line.In order to guarantee the efficiency of automatic shearing line and avoid the damage of plate surface, a throwing and stacking system based on neural network PID control was proposed.The system combined the neural network intelligent control with the PID control to realize the position tracking of nine roller rectification feed motor with throwing roller drive motor and to ensure the high throwing efficiency.The subsidiary clapboard was applied to avoid the damage of plate surface.The analysis and simulation show that the present system has such advantages as fast response, high steady-state precision and strong robustness, which can satisfy the production demand.%抛料垛板是中厚板剪切线最后一道工序,为了保证剪切自动生产线的效率并防止在垛板时损坏板材表面,提出了一种基于神经网络PID控制的抛料垛板系统.该控制系统采用智能控制中的神经网络和经典PID控制相结合的方式,实现抛料辊驱动电动机对九辊矫直送料电动机的位置跟踪,保证了抛料的高效性,在辅助隔板的作用下,有效防止了板面受损.通过分析和仿真实验表明,抛料垛板系统具有响应速度快、稳态精度高和鲁棒性强等优点,能够满足钢板剪切线高效优质剪切的生产需求.
