生物表面活性剂产生菌的筛选及培养条件优化

             

摘要

采集加油站、汽车修理厂等处长期被石油污染的土壤,经富集培养、蓝色凝胶平板筛选和发酵液排油圈测定等方法,筛选出8株具有较强产生物表面活性剂能力的菌株.其中菌株BS-4产生物表面活性剂的能力最强,该菌发醉液的排油圈直径达到6.5 cm.通过正交试验对该菌的培养基条件进行初步优化,结果以菜油含量为2%,硝酸钠含量为1.5%,接种量为3%,发酵时间为72h为最佳.%Soils that have long been oil contaminated, are collected from the stations, auto repair shop, and other places, then been enrichment cultured by such as blue gel plate screening and determination of fermentation oil spreading methods, 8 strains were screened with a strong ability to produce biosurfactants.Strain BS-4 has the best productivity, which bacteria liquid made oil spreading diameter of 6.5 cm.Strain through the medium orthogonal conditions of the preliminary optimization, the best results are: vegetable oil content of 2%, sodium content was 1.5%, 3% of inoculums, and fermentation time of 72 h.
