发泡剂及粘结剂用量对铜尾矿轻质材料性能的影响

         

摘要

In this paper,the effects of foaming and binding agent on properties and microstructure of samples were investigated and comprehensive utilization of copper tailings was studied under theory and practical project. The volume density,compressive strength and the heat conduction of the lightweight material were tested by adjusting the ratio of the assisting agent,at the same time,the phase of the samples was studied by XRD and the morphology was observed by SEM. The results show when the foaming agent and the binding agent are 4.0% and 37.5% of the copper tailings,the volume density,the heat conduction and compressive strength were 0. 36 g/cm3,0. 10 W/( m· K), 1.0 MPa, the microscopic results show the XRD patterns of samples are quartz and phosphite,the quartz is connected with phosphate. Foaming and binding agent are the main influence factors of the properties of the samples, and the composition and structure of the samples are changed by the ratio of the binding agent.%目的 探索发泡剂和粘结剂的用量对制备材料性能的影响规律,从理论和实际工程中研究铜尾矿的综合利用.方法 测试在不同发泡剂及粘结剂用量下,制备材料的抗压强度、体积密度及导热系数,采用XRD分析制备材料的物相组成,利用扫描电子显微镜SEM分析其形貌.结果 当发泡剂及粘结剂用量分别占铜尾矿质量的4.0%和37.5%时,制备材料的体积密度为0.36 g/cm3,导热系数为0.10 W/(m·K),抗压强度为1.0 MPa.结论 微观分析表明材料的主晶相为α-石英和磷酸盐,α-石英颗粒之间由磷酸盐连接.发泡剂及粘结剂的用量对铜尾矿制备轻质材料的性能有着重要的影响,粘结剂的用量影响制备材料的组成与结构.
