Effects of amounts of toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and its modified wood flour on properties of polypropylene/wood flour composites were explored. Hie modification effects of TDI were studied by means of contact angles and SEM. Contact angle analysis showed that hydrophilicity of modified wood flour and interfacial tension between it and PP decreased, so TDI can help to improving the compatibility between wood flour and PP. Appropriate amount of TDI can improve the mechanical properties and processing flow ability of PP/wood flour composites. When the amount of TDI was 0.4 wt% of wood flour, comprehensive performance of composite material reaches the best value. SEM showed that the interfacial region between polypropylene matrix and wood flour in the PP/modified wood flour composites became closer and blurrier in comparison with PP/unmodified wood flour composite.%研究了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)及其改性木粉的用量对聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合材料性能的影响,发现适量的TDI可以提高复合材料的力学性能和加工性能.用接触角、SEM等手段研究了产生这一结果的原因.接触角分析表明改性后木粉亲水性下降,与PP界面张力减小,TDI有利于木粉与PP相容性的提高.SEM结果显示,改性后木粉与PP基体结合得更加紧密,其界面也趋于模糊.
