在“以人为本、公正和谐、共同发展”的理念指导下,建构出部门绩效、岗位考核、岗位业绩积分与岗位聘用、岗位薪酬四个模块的高校岗位绩效考核体系,并以沈阳工程学院为应用范式,阐述了该体系作为高校绩效考核管理模式的创新价值。%Under the guidance of the concept of“people-oriented,justice,harmony and common development”,the post performance appraisal system with four modules is constructed:department performance,post assessment,post performance integral,post engagement. The research takes Shenyang Institute of Engineering as the applying paradigm and illustrates the innovation value of the system as a performance appraisal management mode.
