通识教育与专业教育相结合——独立学院人才培养模式探析

It is analyzed that according to society＇s need and the characteristic itself,independent college needs versatile and advanced applied talents to make an exact position of talent training.It is pointed out that its aim is to form a combining model of general education and professional education and realize training goal.%分析了独立学院发展中存在的主要问题,认为独立学院必须正确理解＂复合型、应用型高级人才＂的多层次内涵,根据社会需求和自身特点,形成准确的人才培养目标定位,有针对性地构建通识教育与专业教育相结合的人才培养模式,才能在激烈的高等教育市场竞争中得以生存和发展。
