依托科研平台构建大学生创新实践能力培养体系--以沈阳大学环境工程专业为例

摘要

分析了地方高校应用型人才培养的特点，以及依托科研平台构建大学生创新实践能力培养体系的必要性，认为依托科研平台的科研项目、师资力量和重点实验室资源，对学生进行工程、科研和实际应用创新实践能力培养，是地方高校转型发展中培养高质量应用型人才的有效途径。%The characteristics of applied talents training in local colleges are analyzed,as well as the need to build creative and practical ability of university students training system relying on scientific research platform.Relying on resources of scientific research platform of scientific research proj ects, the teachers who do scientific researches and the key research laboratories,the development of students’innovative practice abilities in engineering,scientific research and application is the effective way to train high-quality applied talents during the transformation and development of local colleges.
