山地自行车调速开关注塑模的整体方案确定

摘要

根据某一型号山地自行车调速开关的结构特点，利用CAD软件设计了一套符合要求的注塑模具。该模具采用一模四腔结构布置，每个塑件内部设有镶块，还设置了斜滑块侧向抽芯滑块机构，推出系统采用推杆推出方式。模具采用冷流道与潜伏式浇口，均匀布局冷却管道以保证冷却效果。%According to the structure of a certain type of mountain bike speed control switch, a set of suitable injection mould is designed with CAD software. The mold has four cavities, each of which is with internal insert. The mold also sets up a slanting slider side core pulling slider mechanism and a launch system by means of an ejector pin mode. The die is by cold runner and submarine gate, and the cooling pipe uniformly layout to ensure the cooling effect.
