公平教育背景下高校特殊群体体育教育的研究

         

摘要

在公平教育背景下,高校特殊群体学生应当享受到公平的体育教育。社会对特殊群体参与体育教育的认识不足以及对特殊群体体育教育的基础研究缺失等,是导致高校特殊群体体育教育实施困难的重要原因。通过对高校特殊群体学生对体育锻炼活动的需求及体育教育的保障机制进行探讨,认为社会对特殊群体参与体育锻炼重要性与体育教育的宗旨共识、教育投入与师资培养、特殊群体体育教育的基础研究、社会对群体参与体育锻炼的尊重是实现体育教育公平性的前提与保证。高校特殊群体体育教育的工作指南与教学规范是确保特殊群体学生享有公平体育教育的保障。%On the background of fair education, students of special groups at colleges and universities are supposed to enjoy the fair physical education. Due to lack of the public awareness of the special groups’ involvement in physical education and shortage of the basic researches on the physical education of special groups, there have been many obstacles to the implementation of physical education of special groups at colleges and universities. Through the research of the phenomena that inadequate attention has been paid to the special groups’ demand for the physical exercises at colleges and universities, as well as to the security guarantee system of the physical education, this paper proposes that the premises and guarantee of the physical education equity are as the following: public awareness of the importance of special groups’ involvement in the physical exercises and the physical education mission, investment in physical education and training of physical education personnel, the basic researches on physical education of special groups, and together with the public involvement in physical exercise of special groups. It follows that the guidelines and teaching plan of physical education of special groups at colleges and universities ensure that the students of special groups are entitled to fair physical education.
