In recent years, China's economic strength has been rapid development, the continuous improvement of living standards, the government and people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of talents, the school physical education quality has been hitherto unknown attention, sports teaching evaluation as a tool to evaluate the teaching quality of physical education has been widely recognized. With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, network sports teaching evaluation has become an important way of evaluation of physical education teaching. In order to better use of computer and computer network advantages, disadvantages to improve the traditional sports teaching evaluation, this paper uses fuzzy mathematics theory, establishes the fuzzy evaluation method based on the model, and the reasonable weight of evaluation factors are determined by the actual investigation, in order to obtain more accurate evaluation results. The use of computer technology, based on the principle of fuzzy mathematics and artificial intelligence theory, this paper puts forward a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the reasoning mechanism, the development of a university sports evaluation of computer aided system, provides a convenient, flexible and unified software platform for the university sports evaluation work. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted in the system, which can overcome the defects caused by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the maximum and minimum synthesis method used in the past evaluation. This paper introduces the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the theory of development in the course of the design and implementation of teaching evaluation system. This technology mainly adopts B/S mode structure, using JSP/Servlet web development technology evaluation of new senior middle school teaching system to achieve. This paper introduces the design and implementation of teaching evaluation system to eliminate the communication barriers between teachers and students, is conducive to the leadership of the school to understand the teachers' working conditions, but also conducive to the improvement of teachers' own teaching situation, timely adjustment of teaching strategies. The new senior middle school teaching evaluation system is simple and easy to use, after the operation achieved good response, the system uses up new teaching evaluation of senior high school has greatly improved the efficiency of teaching management work.
