当代我国法律人才培养教学改革研究

     

摘要

在全面推进依法治国的背景下,对法律人才的培养应更加与时俱进并与国际接轨。同样,培养法律人才的教学模式也必须进行相应的改革。法律人才在全面推进依法治国的进程中有着双重属性,一方面是作为法治社会公民的属性,另一方面也是作为法治国家的推进者和实践者。然而,以湖北省法律人才培养作为案例,我们发现在教学中还存在不少缺陷,主要体现为法律人才培养目标滞后、专业课设置不合理、区域法律人才交流不充分、国际化水平不高的问题。法律人才培养教学改革势在必行,首先要重新定义新时期下法律人才的目标;其次需构建以实践为导向的课程设置;最后应当加强区域之间法律人才的交流与合作,增强法律人才的国际化水平,推进依法治国的进程。%In the context of promoting the rule of law, fostering legal talents should be more kept up with the times and in line with international standards. Similarly, the teaching mode in this regard should be reformed. In the process of promoting the rule of law, legal talents are of a dual nature. On the one hand, they themselves are the citizens of society with rule of law. On the other hand, they are the propellers and practitioners in the legal state. However, in the case of fostering legal talents in Hubei province, there are still many problems existent in this respect, such as the hysteretic nature of fostering legal talents, the unreasonable course of-fered, the inadequate regional communication and the low internationalization level. It follows that it is indispensable to take prompt action in the reform of teaching mode as follows:Firstly, the goal of legal talents in the new period should be redefined;secondly, a practice-oriented curriculum should be rebui lastly, the exchanges and cooperation in regions should be strengthened and the level of internationalization among legal talents enhanced. By so doing, the process of rule by law can be promoted.
