福建省本科高校体育职业技能鉴定发展分析

摘要

Using the literature research, interviews and mathematical statistics, and targeted at the increasingly severe employment of PE majors and the rise of growingly flawless professional skills appraisal in sports industry, the paper conducted a comprehensive survey of the construction of vocational training bases, the training of vocational education teachers, the introduction of the curricu-lum, and the results of students’ obtaining relative certificates and qualifications in the college sports industry in Fujian province. Results show that little importance attached to the vocational appraisals by related colleges and universities gave rise to relatively few qualified occupational identification teachers and students with certificates, that little communication with the administrative depart-ment concerned led to the low proportion of vocational training bases, that the conflict between the setting-up of the professional cur-riculum and the cultivation of application-oriented personnel restricted the students’ employment choices. On that basis, the paper suggests that colleges and universities are supposed to attach great importance to the issue in point and seize the opportunity of iden-tifying professional qualifications, promoting the quality of personnel training and maximizing the students’ employment options.%针对目前体育专业学生就业形势日益严峻和职业技能鉴定日趋完善的现状，采用文献资料法、访谈法以及数理统计法，对福建省高校体育院系职业鉴定培训基地建设、职业鉴定师资培养、课程引入、学生考证等方面作了全方位的调查，结果表明：由于相关高校对职业鉴定工作重视不够，导致专业教师和持证学生的数量不足；与主管部门缺乏沟通，致使高校内的培训基地比例不高；专业课程设置与应用型人才培养建设不尽吻合，限制了学生的就业选择面。基于上述问题，建议高校高度重视，抓住体育职业技能鉴定发展的机遇，促进人才培养质量的提升，增加学生就业选择的机会。
