医院行政管理人才队伍建设探析

医院行政管理人才建设是医院建设的重要组成部分．目前，医院行政管理队伍的人员组成、素质、培养和使用还存在一些问题．文中提出可通过引进和选拔管理类人才，对在岗行政管理人员进行培训和继续教育，完善薪酬分配制度等途径加强医院行政管理人才建设。造就一支具有高素质管理能力和敬业精神的管理队伍，增强医院竞争力．以适应时代发展的需要．%The talent construction of hospital administration system is an important part of hospital development. Problems still exist in the manning,personnel quality,education and employ in the current hospital administration system. This paper proposes that hospitals can build a high qualified and dedicated management team through introduction and selection of talent, providing the staff professional training and further education, optimizing the salary system, so as to enhance the competitiveness and to adapt itself to the needs of times＇ development.
