高校学科团队知识整合对创新绩效影响的理论研究

     

摘要

基于高校学科团队特定情境,采用文献回顾与对比分析方法,构建了知识整合机制、团队创新绩效及其两者之间相互关系的理论模型,提出了有关“高校学科团队知识整合机制通过团队知识、团队知识创造能力进而影响团队创新绩效的作用机理”的6条研究假设,为进一步认识高校学科团队高效运作所需条件和作用机理提供了新的思路和理论框架。%Based on the specific situation of teams in colleges and universities, this paper adopts the methods of literature re-view and comparative analysis to build the model on the mechanism of knowledge integration, the performance of team innovation as well as the relationship between the two. Then six research hypotheses of the knowledge integration mechanism in interdisciplinary teams by team knowledge and team knowledge creating ability to have an impact on the team innovation performance are presented. The result helps to provide a new thought and theoretical framework for interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities to further realize the required conditions and action mechanism of its efficient development.
