A performance impact evaluation device 1, which is a device for evaluating a performance impact generated by the separation of data 2 used by a software to an external database 4, comprises a log acquisition unit 21 for acquiring a log for recording access to the external database 4, and an evaluation unit 22 for using an evaluation formula which takes into account the structure of the software as well as the characteristics of the data 2 to evaluate the performance impact, on the basis of the log acquired by the log acquisition unit 21.
