研究了KT和2,4-D对膜荚黄芪试管苗带芽茎段生长发育的影响.结果表明,添加KT和2,4-D后,均能促进膜荚黄芪带芽茎段根和芽的再生,其中,较好的培养基为MS +4 mg/L KT+1 mg/L2,4-D;高质量浓度和低质量浓度的2,4-D均会造成膜荚黄芪带芽茎段切口的愈伤化.这为膜荚黄芪试管苗的快速繁殖提供了理论依据.%The effect of KT and 2,4-D on growth and development of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.)Bge. Stems with bud was studied. The result showed: The combination of KT and 2,4-D could promote the root and bud regeneration of A. Mem- branaceus (Fisch. )Bge. Stems with bud, of which, MS + KT 4.0 mg/L KT + 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D was better medium for growth and development of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge. Stems with bud. Whether high or low concentration of 2,4-D both resulted in callus induction of A. Membranaceus (Fisch. )Bge. Stems with bud. The experimental results provided academic basis for rapid propagation in vitro of A. Membranaceus (Fisch. )Bge.
