以地方性知识视角分析我国农村水利发展影响因素，主要指出我国农村水利发展不仅仅要考虑经济因素、政治因素、技术性因素，地方性知识因素也是影响农村水利发展的关键。无论是水资源缺乏的北方地区，还是河网密布的南方地区，农村水利都与不同地区的地方性知识有着重大的关联。经济学、政治学等学科都从农村水利的技术、制度、政治等方面分析农村水利发展的影响因素，但笔者认为，唯有加入地方性知识状态分析，综合考量各种影响因素的比例，才能更加准确把握农村地方水利发展的影响因素。%The paper mainly explains the influencing factors of the rural water conservancy from the sociological perspective, meanwhile, not only the economic factors, political factors, technical factors should be considered, but the local knowledge factors also is the key factor for the development of the rural water conservancy. The rural water conservancy always has tightly relationships with the local knowledge in different areas,whether it is lack of water resources in northern areas, or the river over the southern region. Economics, political science and other disciplines analyze the influencing factors of rural water conservancy development from technology, system, political and other aspects, but the author thinks that only join local knowledge state analysis, comprehensive consideration of various factors affecting proportion, can more accurately grasp the influence factors of rural water conservancy development.
