高校辅导员在大学生工作中如何巧用异性效应

Association with different sex directly affects college students’ physical and mental health, growth and sucG cess.Thus, college counselors are supposed to take seriously college students’ association with different sex, and learn to make use of heterosexual effect, so as to effectively promote college students’ learning and becoming a useful person, to improve college students’ interpersonal skills, to help them constantly improve their personality and integG rity and to use it as an important “pushing hand” in enhancing the class cohesiveness and vigor.%异性交往直接关系到大学生的身心健康和成长成才，高校辅导员必须认真对待大学生的异性交往问题，同时更应学会积极利用异性效应，以此来有效促进大学生的学习成才，增强大学生的人际交往能力，帮助大学生不断完善个性和人格，并且将其作为增进班级凝聚力和活力的重要推手。
