从经济全球化的角度谈企业翻译人才的培养

摘要

With the development of market economy ,the pattern of economic globalization highlights increasingly .The de‐mand for translation talents of companies and enterprises becomes more and more urgent .But we paid more attention to theo‐retical learning in the current translation teaching and ignored the combination of theory with practice that led to the shortage of translation talents with high level .These facts blocked the development of our enterprises .So we need to update our current ed‐ucation idea ,reform the translation teaching modes and focus on the cultivation of translation talents with practical application ability .So we can configure resources according to the demands of the market ,improve the translation talents training mecha‐nism gradually and develop the translation talents towards the high level and professional direction in order to make contribu‐tion to the economic development of our country .%随着市场经济的发展，经济全球化的模式愈加凸显，公司以及企事业单位对于翻译方面人才要求越来越高。当前高校翻译教学工作过于注重理论，忽视了理论与实践的结合的问题，导致高水平的翻译人才极其匮乏，从而影响了我国企业走向世界的进程。因此，高等教育需要更新教育理念，改革翻译教学模式，注重对翻译人才的实际应用能力的培养，以适应市场来配置资源，逐步完善翻译人才培养机制，促进翻译人才向高水平和专业化方向的发展。
