美国高等教育哲学家布鲁贝克提出了认识论和政治论两种高等教育哲学观,大学自治与政府治理之间的博弈便是这两种哲学观冲突的现实表现。如何在必要的张力中达成二者关系的有效平衡,如何实现＂合作伙伴＂的美好愿景成为高等教育发展过程中无法回避的问题。%Higher education philosopher Brubacher presented two philosophy views for higher education which belong to epistemology and politics.The controversy between university autonomy and government administration is an actual expression.How to realize a bright view of co-operation and how to maintain a proper tension in order to keep balance are always difficult for higher education.
