对硝基甲苯分子印迹聚合物微球的制备及性能

     

摘要

Molecularly imprinted β-cyclodextrin polymeric microspheres(MI-β-CDPMs) were prepared in inverse emulsion with β-cyclodextrin as material,p-nitrotoluene as template molecules and epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent by soxhlet extraction.The adsorption characteristics of the MI-β-CDPMs and the Scatchard plot were studied by the method of static adsorption.The result indicated that MI-β-CDPMs showed high load,affinity and selectivity for the template molecules in aqueous solution.The calculated dissociation constant Kmax1 and apparent maximum number Qmax2 of binding sites with high affinity were 12.4069mmol/L and 3.5794mmol/g respectively,while Kd2 and Q of binding sites with low affinity were 55.096mmol/L and 10.8893mmol/g.%以β-环糊精(β-CD)为单体,对硝基甲苯为模型分子,环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为交联剂,用反相乳液法合成了聚合物微球,经索氏提取器洗脱掉对硝基甲苯后制得分子印迹β-环糊精聚合物微球(MI-β-CDPMs)。利用静态吸附方法对MI-β-CDPMs的吸附性能和Scatchard曲线分析进行研究,结果表明:球状MI-β-CDPMs对水溶液中的对硝基甲苯分子有高负载量和高效识别性;高亲和位点的解离常数为Kd1=12.4069mmol/L,最大表观结合量Qmax1=3.5794mmol/g,低亲和位点的解离常数为Kd2=55.096mmol/L,最大表观结合量Qmax2=10.8893mmol/g。
