商洛何首乌提取物的抗氧化活性研究

摘要

To evaluate the total antioxidant activity of extracts from Polygonum multiflorum in Shangluo. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, superoxide anion radical scavenging, scavenge nitrite and ferric reducing antioxidant power assay were used to analyze the antioxidant activity. The results show the crude extracts obtained from Polygonum multiflorum in Shangluo were proved to have antioxidant activity. The crude extracts showed higher total antioxidant activity than that of the stilbene glucoside.%押为了研究商洛何首乌提取物抗氧化能力。采用DPPH、超氧阴离子、亚硝酸基和总还原能力等方法对商洛何首乌提取物和二苯乙烯苷进行体外抗氧化活性研究。结果表明：商洛何首乌提取物具有抗氧化活性，并且何首乌提取物抗氧化活性高于二苯乙烯苷的抗氧化活性。
