By biological experiments and blood test, the changes of eight blood biochemical indices-plasma K+, Ca2+, Na+, blood testosterone and so on are tested so as to analyze the features of cadets' physical adaptation under different loads in mobile training. The results show that twenty-four hours' march most greatly influenced the cadets' physical function; the cadets could adapt their physical fitness to the long-term, low intensity and low-density march on foot. Therefore, the authors believe that some problems related to the mobile training in the future should be paid attention to, such as the proper increase of intensity and density in marches on foot and the scientific supplement of water and inorganic salt.%采用生物学实验法,通过采血化验、检测血糖、血浆K+、Ca2+、Na+、血睾酮等8项血液生化指标的含量,分析军校学生机动训练中不同负荷的身体适应特点。结果显示,24 h昼夜强行军对身体机能的影响最大;学生对长时间、低强度、低密度的徒步行军完全适应。认为,适度增加徒步行军的强度和密度,并科学补充水和无机盐,是今后机动训练中应注意的问题。
