醇热法合成花状空壳ZnIn2S4可见光催化剂及光解水产氢性能研究

     

摘要

Hollow structured flower-like Znln2S4 visible-light photocatalysts were synthesized by an alcoholthermal method. The structure and morphology of the calalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction ( XRD ) , UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectrum (UV-Vis DRS) .nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis (BET) ,field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) . Al] the prepared catalysts with different solvothermal temperatures and time demonstrated visible-light photocatalytic activities in water splitting. The 1% Pt/ZnIn2S4 - 110 - 24 sample showed the best activity in water splitting reaction,this is possible due to its unique flower-like morphology and hollow structure.%采用低温醇热法制备了具有空壳花状多级结构的ZnIn2S4可见光光催化剂.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、紫外漫反射(DRS)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等对催化剂结构和形貌进行了系统表征.考察了不同陈化温度、陈化时间对催化剂光解水产氢性能的影响.结果表明:在不同醇热条件下合成的Pt/ZnIn2S4均具有光解水产氢性能.其中1%Pt/ZnIn2S4 - 110 - 24样品具有最好产氢活性,可能与其独特的花状外壳和空腔结构有关.
