基于排队论模型的宝山引航作业区接送效率分析

         

摘要

To analyze the transfer efficiency of Baoshan pilotage area, the number of the vessels piloted during a continual 72 h normal weather is counted in Baoshan pilotage area firstly, and then the Poisson stream hypotheses test of the vessels' arrival pattern is conducted according to the abovementioned statistical data. The queuing model is established according to the characteristics of Baoshan pilotage area on the basis of the vessels' arrival pattern fitting the Poisson distribution. The traffic condition of the inbound and outbound vessels during rush hour and normal time is analyzed. It is found that the traffic of inbound vessels is much crowed and the transfer efficiency is low around the high tide time and the traffic of the outbound vessels is crowed at about 18:00. Aimed at the problem that traffic is crowded at certain times, a solution that extra pilot boats should be added to improve the transfer efficiency is given.%为分析宝山引航作业区的接送效率,首先对宝山引航作业区72 h正常天气情况下引航交接的船舶数据进行统计,然后根据统计数据对船舶到达规律进行泊松流拟合检验.在船舶到达规律符合泊松分布的基础上,针对宝山引航作业区的特点建立排队论模型.分别对进出口船舶在高峰时期和普通情况下的通航状况进行分析,得出宝山引航作业区在高潮前后进口船舶较为拥挤、引航接送效率较低,每天18:00左右出口方向较为拥挤.针对特定时间进出口船舶拥挤问题,给出增加引航船艇数量的方法以提高接送效率.
