老年喉癌患者喉部分切除术治疗

摘要

目的　探讨喉部分切除术在老年喉癌治疗中的意义。方法　对1990年6月～1997年12月间29例60岁以上老年喉癌的临床资料作回顾分析。结果　术后3、5年生存率分别为77．78％、58．33％。一次拔管率是96．55％，无终生带管。一经拔管均能发音，全部恢复经口进食。结论　老年喉癌有必要选择喉部分切除术治疗，但对合并严重慢性全身性疾病者宜慎重。%Objective To study partial laryngectomy in the treatment of the aged patients withlaryngeal carcinoma. Methods A series of 29 patients beyond 60 years operated on between June1990 and December 1997 were analysed. Results The 3,5 - year survival rates were 77.78% and58.33 % respectively. The decannulation successful rate was 96.55 % and no patient needed cannulationlife long. All cases could finally take food by mouth, and could speak as soon as decannulated.Conclusion Partial laryngectomy is necessary for the aged patients with laryngeal carcinoma, butshould be prudent in patients combined with serious, chronic and systematic diseases.
