当代大学生就业能力评价体系研究

摘要

随着大学的不断扩招,大学生逐渐成为社会主义现代化建设的主力军,大学生就业问题也成为人们热议的话题。保证大学生充分就业一方面是合理充分利用人力资源的要求,另一方面也是无数家庭乃至整个社会和谐稳定的现实需要,所以如何提高大学生的就业能力成为了整个社会都在思考的一个问题。建立大学生就业能力评价指标体系,对提高大学生就业率、优化人才结构具有重要意义。%With the expansion of university enrollment,students gradually become the main force of the socialist modernization construction;the employment problem of university students has become a popular topic.Problem of undergraduate obtain employment relationship with the social harmony and stability can ensure their full employment.On one hand is to make full use of human resources requirements,but also to the hundreds of millions of families and the whole society are harmonious reality needs,so how to improve the college students＇ employment capability has become the whole society problem.In this paper,through the analysis,established the modern college students＇ employment ability evaluation index system,research results can be used in the evaluation of college students＇ employment situation,college students＇ employment rate,talent structure optimization.
