目的：探讨专科实习护士对养老护理求职意愿与认知情况，分析其存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。方法采取随机抽样的方法对山东医学高等专科学校护理专业2011级150实习护士使用自行设计调查问卷进行面对面的调查与访谈。结果实习护士对养老护理职业知晓程度高；实习护士对养老护理工作内容认识局限；实习护士对养老护理职业认同感低；实习护士对养老护理择业意向低；实习护士的护理职业奉献精神匮乏。结论强化养老护理职业态度的教育引导；院校合作、携手共育护生养老护理职业情感；倡导多途径培养养老护理专业人才；注重社会舆论导向，增加政府政策支持；早宣讲早引导，转变护生就业思路。%Objective To explore the job intention in aged care and cognitive status of student nurses ,to analyze the existing problems and to put forward corresponding measures .Methods A random sampling method and self‐designed questionnaire were used to carry out the face‐to‐face survey and interview of 150 student nurses from Grade 2011 in Shandong Medical College .Results They knew well about aged care as a profession ,but knew little about the job duties .They showed low professional identity and little inten‐tion .Conclusion Professional guidance from school and hospitals in terms of aged care should be given to nursing students as early as possible so as to change their ideas about employment ,and public and govern‐ment support should be obtained as well .
