“情感账户”理论对患者满意度影响的研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the approach and the effect of affective account theory on the satisfac‐tion of patients receiving psychological rehabilitation .Methods 398 patients receiving psychological rehabil‐itation were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group .The control group was given routine nursing measures ,and those cases in the experimental group were allowed to set up an exclu‐sive emotional account for themselves in addition to routine nursing care ,and their deposit behavior was encouraged in the process of nursing ,while their withdrawal behavior was strictly restricted .The pa‐tients’ satisfaction in both groups was compared .Results The application of affective account theory to nursing service produced more satisfaction in the experimental group than in the control group (Z=1 .493 , P <0 .01) .Conclusion The application of affective account theory to nursing service is beneficial to the quality of nursing service and can promote patients’ satisfaction .%目的:探讨心理康复科在优质护理服务过程中应用情感账户理论的方法与临床效果。方法将入驻心理康复科的398名患者随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理服务的基础上为每位患者建立专属的“情感账户”,要求将存款行为应用于护理过程中,并尽量杜绝或减少取款行为,比较两组患者对优质护理服务满意度的差异。结果应用“情感账户”理论进行优质护理服务,使患者满意度显著上升,试验组与对照组患者满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(Z=1.493, P <0.01)。结论在心理康复科护理过程中应用情感账户理论,有利于提高优质护理质量,提升患者满意度。
