新型“准员工式2＋1”人才培养模式的探索与实践

Taking biological engineering school of Shandong Institute Commerce and Technology as an exam- ple, this paper introduced the construction process, characteristics, innovative points, professional and curriculum reform effect and its implementation course of the new type prospective employees 2 + 1 talent training mode of high- er vocational colleges in order to provide the references for talents training mode and teaching reform of higher voca- tional colleges.%以山东商业职业技术学院生物工程学院为例，阐述了高等职业学院新型“准员工式2＋1”人才培养模式构建的历程、特点、创新点、专业和课程改革情况以及其实施效果，为高职院校人才培养模式和教学改革提供参考依据。
