基于化工技能大赛的高职教学改革研究

摘要

Skills competition not only represents the most recent occupation skill requirements, but also re-flects the industry' s demand for skilled personnel. In recent years, the Department of Fushun Vocational Technolo-gy Institute chemical industry around the occupation skill competition and teaching reform undertakes serious analy-sis research. The skills competition, the main content, and its impact on the direction of occupation college talents training basic requirements are analyzed. The results show that: the National Higher Vocational Chemical skills contest, for chemical engineering major in higher vocational education, course construction, professional construc-tion double teacher team construction, the construction of training base and the students'ability of obtaining employ-ment have apparent simulative effect. At last the thesis points out the direction of the teaching reform in Higher Vo-cational education.%技能大赛不仅代表了最新的职业技能要求，而且也反映了行业对技能型人才的需求。近年来，抚顺职业技术学院化工系围绕职业技能大赛与教学改革进行认真分析研究，对技能大赛的主要内容、走向及其对职业院校技能型人才培养的基本要求进行全面分析，结果表明：全国高职高专类化工技能大赛，对高职化工专业的专业建设、课程建设、双师队伍建设、实训基地建设和学生就业能力有明显的促进作用，并为高职教育教学改革指明了方向。
