国外可持续性城市雨洪管理对我国海绵城市建设的启示

摘要

Due to the lag of flood control facilities in urban construction, the urban rain flood caused huge economic losses and casualties. This paper draws on the experience of the sustainable urban stormwater management methods proposed by various countries (LID, WSUD, SuDS, BGC, etc.) and their practical experience, improves the scientific urban stormwater management system, and provides a reference for sponge city construction throughout China.%由于城市建设中防洪设施的滞后,城市雨洪造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡.本文借鉴各国提出的可持续城市雨洪管理方法(LID、WSUD、SuDS、BGC等)和实践经验,完善我国科学的城市雨洪管理系统,为我国海绵城市的建设提供参考.
