深化厦漳产业合作的难点与对策——以厦漳泉大都市区同城化为背景

In order to speed up the development of the metropolitan area in Xia Zhangquan and adapt to the modem city develop-ment trends of the city, Fujian has formulated ＂ Fujian Province accelerates the program of work the Xia Zhangquan metropolitan area city-integration＂in August 2011, and made it clear that Xia Zhangquan metropolitan area has the city-integration＇s development orien-tation and the main target . With the formal contract signed ＂ City-integration Cooperation Framework Agreement of Xia Zhangquan Metropolitan Area＂, Xiamen-Zhangzhou industrial cooperation has entered a new stage of development of the Xia Zhangquan metropoli-tan area city-integration as the background. In the city-integration of conditions, the two more prominent difficulties of strategic con- straints and institutional constraints exist in deepening industrial cooperation in Xiamen-Zhangzhou , and to reform and transform eco-nomic development ways can work out these problems..%为了加快厦漳泉大都市区的发展,适应同城化的城市现代化发展趋势,2011年8月福建制定了《福建省加快推进厦漳泉大都市区同城化的工作方案》,明确了厦漳泉大都市区同城化的发展定位与主要目标。随着《厦漳泉大都市区同城化合作框架协议》的正式签订,厦漳产业合作开始进入了一个以厦漳泉大都市区同城化为背景的发展新阶段。在同城化条件下,深化厦漳产业合作仍存在战略制约和体制制约这两个较为突出的难点,需要进一步通过改革和转变经济发展方式予以解决。
