乡村治理是指基于政治治理的视角，对国家在“乡政村治”方面的机制研究，是乡村经济发展和社会稳定的系统工程，不仅是政府和社会关注的焦点，也是学术界关注的热点。基于我国乡村治理机制的实际，研究新时期构建乡村治理机制具有重要意义。建国以来我国乡村治理经历了四个发展阶段，以此为基础进行分析，可知我国城镇化进程中乡村治理面临的机遇与挑战，有针对性地提出构建新时期乡村治理机制。%Rural governance refers to the research on national “Township-Govern-ment and Village Administration” system from a perspective of political governance. It ’s a system of rural economic development and social stability, which is not only the con-cern of the government and society, but also the focus in academia. Proceeding from Chi-na’s reality in rural governance mechanism, this paper reviews the four development stages of rural governance since the foundation of People ’s Republic of China, and stud-ies the significance of constructing rural governance mechanism in the new period. On this basis, this paper goes further to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by rural governance in the process of urbanization, and insists on constructing rural gover-nance mechanism to solve the current problems.
