民族教育中的制度增能与文化增能:基于对藏族大学生学业成功的考察

         

摘要

Based on qualitative research data, this paper explores the academic achievements of Tibetan college students who have overcome economic, cultural and institutional disadvantages under the influence of institutional and cultural empowerment. Through opening multiple educational channels, providing educational financial support and lowering entrance requirement, the ethnic educational policies have empowered Tibetan students to strive for more educational opportunities and at the same time, have gained their trust for institution. Due to the cultural empowerment strategies, ethnic culture and regional culture have been fully used as cultural trans-boundary capital for students to make academic achievements.%本文基于质性研究资料,探讨了制度与文化增能影响下,藏族学生突破经济、文化及体制身份等多重弱势阻碍,成为重点大学优等生的成功实践.制度增能背景下,通过开拓多元教育路径、提供教育经济支持以及适当降低入学门槛等,为少数民族争取教育机会提供了制度保障,获取了他们对制度的信任.文化增能策略中,族群文化和地域文化被充分运用,成为学业成功藏族大学生的文化跨界资本.
