摘要

How to improve endometrial receptivity is an important issue to enhance the pregnancy rate of in-vitro fertilization. Some investigators have proposed that local injury of endometrium could improve endometrial receptivity. Here, we present an overview about the history, basic mechanism, method,timing of the operation,and the disadvantages of endometrial local injury.
