从产业结构到现代产业体系：继承、批判与拓展

摘要

The misuse of the concept,industry structure,has seriously undermined its significance in the structural analysis.While selectively assimilating the reasonable essence of classic industrial struc-ture studies,namely that the research question is essentially long-run,indigenous,and dynamic,re-search on modern industry system should properly solve the intensifying conflicts between fundamental hypotheses and propositions and the changing stylized facts.The notion of modern industry system ex-tends the concept of industrial structure in at least three aspects.First, complexity of industrial knowledge base and heterogeneity of economic activities also provide valuable insights for the structural analysis.Second,conventional studies on industrial structure and trade structure often veil far more complex inter-country intra-product specialization and technological division of labor that is increasingly important.Third,the characteristics of interaction and integration between separated in-dustries and industry factors deserve more academic attention.%产业结构概念的泛化和滥用已经严重削弱了结构性分析在发展问题研究中的意义和价值。现代产业体系概念在继承了经典产业结构研究中的长期性、内生性和动态性等合理成分的基础上，针对传统产业结构研究的基本假设和主要命题与变化了的典型事实之间日益严重的冲突，从以下三个方面对其进行了拓展：一是在经济结构分析中引入了知识的复杂性和经济活动的异质性等新的维度；二是在产业分工的基础上考虑到技术或知识分工等更加复杂的分工形式；三是关注被传统产业结构分析分解了的产业和产业要素之间的互动与融合特征。
