甲状腺乳头状癌的螺旋CT影像学表现及其病理学基础

摘要

目的：探讨甲状腺乳头状癌的螺旋CT影像学表现及其病理学基础。方法回顾性分析我院2012年6月至2015年6月36例经手术切除后确诊的甲状腺乳头状癌患者的影像学及病理资料，分析其影像学表现的病理学基础。结果36例甲状腺乳头状癌患者螺旋CT诊断阳性率为92%。结论甲状腺乳头状癌螺旋CT影像学表现具有其病理学基础。%Objective To explore the CT imaging features and pathologic ifndings of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods The CT images of 36 cases from June 2012 year to June 2015 year with histopathology-proven papillary thyroid carcinoma were retrospectively reviewed Analysis the pathologic basics of CT images.Results The positive rate in CT images is 92% of 36 cases.Conclusion The CT imaging features of papillary thyroid carcinoma are based on the pathologic ifndings.
