基于IPM-DEA的铁路中间站运营效率分析

         

摘要

为了有效地提高车务段的管理水平,需对所辖各中间站的工作效率进行评价.传统的DEA方法可以确定铁路中间站的有效单元,但不能实现有效单元的排序.结合中间站运输生产的特点,提出了基于理想点法(Ideal Point Method,IPM) DEA模型的中间站运营效率分析方法,运用LINGO9.0软件编程进行求解,获得了各中间站运用效率的排序,弥补了DEA计算结果有效单元较多的问题.最后利用实例验证了该模型的有效性、科学性,分析结果表明:IPM - DEA模型基本能够反映决策单元运营效率的现实状况.%It is necessary to evaluate the operation officiency of intermediary stations for improving management level. The traditional DEA model can confirm efficiency DMU of intermediary stations, however, this model can not order DMU. IPM - DEA model is advanced for operation efficiency analysis combined with railway transporta tion. Then the order of intermediary stations efficiency is acquired by LING09. 0, which makes the DMU being more efficiency. Finally a case study was carried out to verify the validity, objectivity and applicability of this model through practical data analysis. The test results show that IPM - DEA can reflect existing reality of DMU.
