城际列车气动性能分析与评估

         

摘要

城际列车的运行速度一般处于100~200 km/h之间,对于这类列车气动性能的研究基本处于空白状态,而随着城际列车的不断开通,其安全问题日益加深,因此有必要对城际列车进行气动性能分析。采用数值模拟计算的方法,对温州S1线列车的气动性能进行研究。主要分析列车明线运行时阻力和噪声、列车过隧道车体表面压力变化和车厢内部压力变化几个方面。通过对结果的分析对比,得出其变化规律:随着速度的增大,阻力增大,车体表面压力增大,车内压力增大,噪声增大;列车过隧道时,40 m2圆形隧道要比33 m2方形隧道气动性能好;对于单车过隧道,动态密封指数要大于10 s;列车以160 km/h速度运行时,线边25 m远、沿列车轴线方向的最大噪声级约80 dB,在环境噪声允许范围内。%The speed of intercity train is limited between 1 00 km/h and 200 km/h,but there are few aerodynam-ic studies for this velocity magnitude.With the operation of the intercity train,the safety problem is becoming more and more important.So,it is necessary to study this problem .The paper studies the aerodynamic character-istics of Wenzhou S1-line train by numerical simulation method.It mainly analyzed the drag and noise when the train runs in open air.The surface pressure and inside pressure when the train travels through the tunnel were al-so investigated.Through the analysis and comparison,the regulation was given:the drag,surface pressure,in-side pressure and noise were larger with the increase of train speed;The aerodynamic performance of 40 m2-cir-cular tunnel is better than 33 m2-square tunnel;The dynamic sealing index should be greater than 1 0 s;Trains run at 1 60 km /h speed,line edge 25 m away,along the axial direction of the train the maximum noise level of about 80 dB,the noise in the environment within the allowable range.
