温州市域轨道交通建设和发展研究

摘要

Research purposes:Currently,the city regional rail transit in most cities in China has been used as a meaning to solve the traffic problem.Based on the analysis of the current development situation and overall plan of Wenzhou,the introductions are given in this paper to the necessity,planning ideas and technical features of the city regional rail transit construction for providing the basis for the construction and development of the city regional rail transit.Research conclusions:(1) The construction of city regional rail transit should fully consider the current development situation and overall plan of the city and meet the traffic demand and development characteristics of city.(2) Based on the comprehensive analysis and study on the compliance of the planning,the speed target value,the transfer mode,engineering economy,traction power system and signal system,the city regional rail transit plan and system can be determined.(3) The construction of Wenzhou regional rail transit is very crucial to building the development pattern of the " 1650" large city and improving the urban traffic system,and it can provide the reference to the similar works.%研究目的:目前,国内大部分城市已将市域轨道交通作为解决市域交通的重要交通方式陆续开展建设.本文通过分析温州城市发展的现状,结合温州总体规划,从市域轨道交通建设必要性、规划思路、功能定位及相关技术标准等方面加以阐述,为市域轨道交通建设和发展提供决策依据.研究结论:(1)市域轨道交通的建设应充分考虑城市发展现状及总体规划,研究其是否满足交通需求,且符合城市发展特点；(2)市域轨道交通线网规划及制式选择,需要在与城市规划的符合性、适应项目特点、速度目标值、换乘方式、工程经济、牵引供电制式以及信号制式等方面进行综合分析后确定；(3)温州市域轨道交通的建设对构建“1650”大都市区发展格局、完善城市综合交通体系有着重要意义,同时对其他城市特别是组团式都市圈形态发展的城市发展市域轨道交通具有一定的借鉴和指导意义.
