血浆生物标志物测定对早期诊断ACS患者的临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of plasma biological markers levels in early diagnosis of patients with a-cute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods Plasma NT-proBNP(with fluroimmuno-assay, FIA) ,hs-CRP(with high-sensitive immune turbidimetry method) and cTnI(with chemiluminescent immunoassay) were measured in 108 patients with ACS(acute myocardial in-farction, AMI, n =42,unstable angina pectoris,UAP,n =66) ,32 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP re =32) and 42 normal controls as well as comparable with analysis. Results In 108 patients with ACS, Plasma NT-proBNP,hs-CRP and cTnl levels in 42 patients with AMI were significantly higher than those in 66UAP and 32 patients with SAP(r =4.325,4.871 and 5. 015,P all 0.05) except hs-CRP was a little high(r = 2. 871 ,P 0.05).108例ACS患者的血浆NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和cTnI水平均随疾病的严重程度而增高.结论:血浆中NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和cTnI的测定,或为可予期待的生物标志物,并且是早期诊断ACS的最佳指标.
