血清Hcy、hs-CRP和尿β2-m联检对DM2-N的临床价值

摘要

Objective To study the clinical value of combined measurement of serum Hcy, hs-CRP and urinary β2 -m in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 105 type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided in to three groups according to their urine albumin excretion rate ( UAER ): Group A, UAER ＜ 20μg/min ( n =45 ), Group B, UAER 20 ～ 200μgtmin ( n = 37 ),Group C, UAER ＞ 200μg/min ( n = 23 ). Results Each group of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients, the levels of serum homocystein, ultra sensitive C-reactive protein and urine β2 -micrglobulin were elevated obviously equally, compares with the control group,has the significant difference ( P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01 ). Conclusion The homocystein, high sensitive C-reactive protein and urineβ2-microglobulin combined examination clinically makes type 2 diabetic nephropathy at the assistance to prevent, to discover, treats the aspect to have its positive sense early.%目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-m)联检在2型糖尿病肾病(DM2-N)中的应用价值.方法:将105例DM2-N患者按尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)分为A、B、C三组,A组:UAER200μg/min,23例.用Olympus AU2700全自动生化分析仪检测血清Hcy、hs-CRP;尿β2-m采用E170型罗氏化学发光免疫分析仪检测.结果:各组DM2-N患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP和尿β2-m水平均明显升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:血清Hcy、hs-CRP和尿β2-m联检在协助临床做好DM2-N早预防、早发现、早治疗方面有其积极意义.
