Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of determination of cervicovaginal secretion IL-6, MMP-8 concentrations for premature labor. Methods The IL-6, MMP-8 contents in cervicovaginal secretions were detected with ELISA in 72 pregnant women with signs and symptoms of premature labor and 40 controls normal pregnant women. Results The IL-6, MMP-8 contents in cervicovaginal secretions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the controls (P＜0.05). Among the patients, the IL-6, MMP-8 contents in the successfully trented group (n=32) were significantly lower than those in the treatment failure group (n =40) (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The contents of II.-6, MMP-8 in cervicovaginal secretions can be used as an objective indicator for diagnosis of premature labor with outcome predictive value.%目的:探讨宫颈阴道分泌物IL-6、MMP-8检测对早产的诊断价值.方法:选择在我院住院治疗的先兆早产孕妇72名作为研究组,同期孕龄相仿的正常孕妇40名作为对照组,检测两组患者宫颈阴道分泌物IL-6、MMP-8含量情况.结果:研究组宫颈阴道分泌物IL-6、MMP-8含量均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组再按是否保胎成功分组,保胎成功组宫颈阴道分泌物IL-6、MMP-8含量均明显低于保胎失败组(P＜0.05).结论:宫颈阴道分泌物IL-6、MMP-8的含量高低可作为判断临床早产的客观指标;宫颈阴道分泌物IL-6、MMP-8含量的高低,同时也是临床保胎治疗难度的一对评价指标,具有临床推广价值.
