PCT和IL-6在感染性疾病中的诊断价值

摘要

目的:探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)与白介素-6(IL-6)在感染性疾病中的诊断价值.方法:采用罗氏全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪检测90例细菌感染性疾病、80例病毒感染性疾病和80例健康体检正常人血清PCT、IL-6含量,并对其结果进行分析.结果:细菌感染组PCT和IL-6含量显著高于病毒组及正常对照组,有显著性差异(P0.05),细菌感染组PCT和IL-6含量之间存在正相关性(P0 05),细菌感染组PCT、IL-6的阳性率显著高于病毒感染组及正常对照组,有显著性差异(P0.05),细菌感染组PCT的阳性率明显高于IL-6,有显著性差异(P0.05). The positive rates of PCT and IL-6 in bacterial infection group were statistically significant difference from viral infection group and non- infection group (P 0. 05 ). The positive rate of PCT was more higher than the rate of IL-6 in bacterial infection group and significant difference existed( P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion It is indicated the positive rates of IL-6 is less than PCT in bacterial infection diseases. It shows that the level of PCT is a good index to differentiate bacterial infection from non- bacterial infection.
