山东省高校啦啦队运动员培养现状与发展对策研究

摘要

Using the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,mathe-matical statistics and so on,the fraining obj ectives of cheerleaders athletes in Shandong province teachers, coaches,athletes training and competition management,training material guarantee are comprehensive in-vestigatied and analyzed,the current situation of college cheerleaders athletes training is proposed,the main difficulties and reasons of college cheerleaders athletes training in Shandong province are analyzed, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation of Shandong province college cheerleaders athletes,acceleration the cheerleading level,in line with international level desire as soon as possibleare are necessary.%运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，对山东省高校啦啦队运动员的培养目标、教练员师资队伍、运动员训练比赛管理、训练的物质保障等方面进行全面细致地调查与分析，阐明山东省高校啦啦队运动员培养的现状，分析山东省高校啦啦队运动员培养面临的主要困难及其原因，提出相应的发展对策。以期为山东省高校啦啦队运动员的培养提供理论依据，加快啦啦队水平的提高，尽快实现与国际水平接轨的愿望。
